Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every quote, booking and visa application made with Tropisoul Services. Please read them carefully. By confirming a booking you accept them on behalf of every traveller in your party.
1. Agreement
By using Tropisoul Services ("Tropisoul", "we") you agree to these terms. Tropisoul is a registered Indian company and a sub-brand of Sparkling Sandset (UAE).
2. Bookings
Quotes are indicative until a booking is confirmed in writing and a deposit is received. Prices may change based on supplier availability, currency fluctuation and seasonality. All package prices are quoted in AED and converted to your selected currency using live exchange rates - the AED price prevails on invoices.
3. Payments
A deposit (typically 25-50%) is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 30 days before travel unless stated otherwise on your invoice. Late payment may forfeit the booking and the deposit.
4. Cancellations & refunds
- Cancellations are subject to supplier terms (airline, hotel, cruise) which we communicate before booking.
- Tropisoul service fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- For visa services, our 20% processing fee is refundable only if the visa is rejected (government fees are not refundable).
5. Travel documents & insurance
You are responsible for holding a valid passport (typically 6 months validity beyond travel dates) and any required visas. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical, cancellation and baggage; we can quote insurance on request but are not the underwriter.
6. Liability
Tropisoul acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, cruises and ground operators. We are not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by suppliers, force majeure events, or government actions. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the Tropisoul service fee paid for the affected booking.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking if a guest behaves in a way that is unsafe, illegal or disrespectful to staff or other travellers. No refund is owed in such cases.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
